About Elan

ELAN MICHAEL

Elan Michael is the CEO and founder of Impact Leadership Network, Inc. He is a licensed financial advisor, speaker and mentor. He has been teaching individuals, families and business owners about how money works for over 20 years. He graduated at California State University, started his career at AIG and then grew to an Executive role with WFG, Transamerica. From there, he forged ahead to grow the independent channel, ILN committed to elevating the quality of his work. Elan’s experience has fostered long partnership with leading financial partners and institutions.

He is a proud father, a licensed pilot and an avid reader. He regularly speaks across the country at schools, communities, seminars and webinars as a business leader, financial professional and consultant.

He resides in Calabasas, CA with his wife Dina and their four children.

DINA MICHAEL

Dina Michael's journey began in Brooklyn, New York, and unfolded across Israel and California. Her 20-year career background is rooted in the financial services industry at both AIG and WFG, Transamerica. For the last decade, Dina has led the ILN team with expansion, recruitment and training. Passionate about nurturing financial talent, Dina's coaching and training have shaped hundreds of professionals. She's a sought-after speaker on entrepreneurship, sales, marketing, and leadership. Outside of work, Dina finds joy in hiking, reading, travel and quality time with her four children in Calabasas, California. Her life is a blend of professional dedication and personal fulfillment.
